Traditional military tactics work in paintball on a large global
sense. But since much of paintball really happens within 100 feet or less
often
much less
alternative, more effective methods are needed to succeed and dominate.
We have adopted Navy SEAL and SWAT techniques and applied them to our actions
on the field. CQB tactics, therefore, are at the core of our way of life and methodology.
We are stronger and faster for it.
Operators with The Dogs of War receive Advanced Tactical Training.
While we learn from good opposition, we further hone our skills off the field
as well. Strength and stamina to last the day is central to the success of our
Unit. This goes back to our basic principle: It isn't enough just to survive
and last the day - each Operator is charged with ensuring that his Brother also
survives. A strong PT Regimen is, therefore, encouraged and maintained. We don't
train for ourselves
we train for our Brothers.
The Dogs of War also take their training to another level. As
members of the International Defensive Pistol Association and the US Practical
Shooting Association, our Dogs train in defensive pistol matches and three-gun
matches. Faced with the pressures of using live ammunition under stressful conditions,
Operators learn to move decisively and confidently. Additionally, our Dogs travel
to combat training facilities throughout the country to learn from the best.
There, we learn the latest in Tactical Training in the field and in CQB situations.
We train not just to win, but to be the best.
